We are now looking for a senior developer who wants to join and further develop solutions where quality, stability and security are crucial.

We are located and have offices in Västerås, Örebro, Stockholm and Linköping.

Your role

At our company, you will work with further development, adaptation and management of our own standard systems. As a senior developer, you will take on greater technical responsibility and drive the work from needs and analysis to finished delivery.

Among other things, you will:

• Conduct technical analyses and develop solution proposals
• Break down, plan and estimate development work
• Develop and quality-assured solutions in C#/.NET
• Troubleshoot complex issues within applications, integrations, databases, and configuration
• Contribute to stable releases and high technical quality in customer environments
• Participate in code reviews and ensure good development practices
• Improve performance, stability, and manageability of our solutions
• Share knowledge and contribute to the team's technical development

The role is customer-oriented and varied, but with a clear focus on system development, technical choices and long-term responsibility for the quality and development of solutions.

We believe you have

• At least 5 years of experience in system development in C#/.NET
• At least 3 years of experience with web applications in ASP.NET or ASP.NET Core
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases, such as SQL Server
• Experience in developing and managing integrations, such as REST or SOAP
• Experience working with testing, code review and quality work in development teams
• Ability to independently drive work from analysis to delivery in production-oriented environments

Meritorious

• CI/CD and DevOps flows, such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
• Docker and/or Azure
• Experience with observability, logging and troubleshooting in operation
• Secure development and work in environments with high demands on traceability and information management
• Experience in mentoring or driving technical improvement initiatives

Close to customers – close to the business

You will be part of a service team of 3–5 people responsible for one or more customers and the solutions we manage together.

Our customers are primarily in the public sector and use our solutions in operations where stability, security and availability are crucial. That is why we work closely with our customers and build long-term relationships based on trust, expertise and understanding of their business.

As a developer with us, you are expected not only to solve technical problems, but also to understand the context in which the solutions are used. This is how we create solutions that work in practice and provide real value over time.
