OVERVIEW:

Procom is seeking a Senior .NET Developer on behalf of our technology client for a 3-month contract (with potential to extend). This fully remote role is based out of Ottawa, Ontario, and is ideal for a developer who thrives working independently and has experience building back-end integrations in HR or enterprise systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain back-end features using C# and ASP.NET
• Build and integrate REST APIs and system connectors
• Solve technical challenges with minimal oversight
• Ensure integrations are scalable, secure, and well-documented
• Collaborate remotely with team members as needed

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in C# and ASP.NET
• Strong experience with REST API development
• Self-starter with ability to work independently
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Clear and professional communication

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with HR systems or large-scale system integrations
• Understanding of system architecture and data flow
• Familiarity with UI/UX basics and general design practices
• Awareness of emerging technologies
