We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our team and contribute to building cutting-edge enterprise solutions for medium and large customers. You will work closely with the Research & Development team, adopting new ideas and innovations while also mentoring and coaching team members to enhance their technical skills.

Experience and education:

• Strong architectural understanding with experience in mentoring and coaching developers;
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybernetics, or a related technical field.

What you need to succeed:

• Expertise in legacy Webnimbus stack (legacy .NET TS technologies like TS framework, heavy SQL Server, etc.);
• Strong knowledge of OOP and web technologies;

• Apply state-of-the-art software design to ensure high availability, scalability, maintainability, and performance of high-traffic web applications;
• Develop using both client-side (HTML/CSS/JavaScript/React) and server-side (ASP.NET MVC, C#) languages and frameworks;
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level developers to improve their technical skills;
• Ensure secure software development by applying best security practices;
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, devising solutions to address them efficiently;
• Conduct code reviews and recommend improvements to ensure code quality and security;
• Propose innovative ideas and technical improvements within an agile team environment
