REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • 7+ Years of Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in a new business sales role, preferably within the financial technology or corporate lending sectors.
  • Proven Track Record in New Business Sales: A history of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a strong ability to close deals and generate revenue.
  • Strong Lead Generation and Pipeline Building Skills: Expertise in identifying and qualifying leads, building a robust sales pipeline, and managing the sales process from start to finish.
  • Excellent Negotiation and Closing Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals that align with both client needs and company goals.
  • Exceptional Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Self-Motivated and Results-Driven: A proactive and goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of Market Trends and Competitive Landscape: In-depth understanding of the corporate lending market, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and Target New Business Opportunities: Proactively research and identify potential clients within the corporate lending sector. Develop a strategic approach to engage with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Develop and Execute Client Acquisition Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients. Tailor your approach to meet the unique needs and challenges of each prospect.
  • Build and Maintain a Robust Sales Pipeline: Consistently generate and manage a pipeline of qualified leads. Track and report on sales activities and progress using CRM tools.
  • Conduct Sales Presentations and Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of Finastra’s solutions. Address client questions and concerns with confidence.
  • Negotiate and Close Deals: Lead negotiations with prospective clients to secure new business. Work towards meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends and Finastra Products: Continuously enhance your knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and Finastra’s product offerings. Use this knowledge to position Finastra as a thought leader and trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction. Provide feedback to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
