Description

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Location: Bangalore Experience Level: 6+ years Type: Full-Time This is not a typical ERP admin role. This position sits at the core of a new ERP & warehouse technology hub being built in Bangalore, supporting one of the region’s largest and fastest-scaling digital commerce ecosystems. The platform powers multi-country, multi-warehouse operations and is now evolving into a unified Super App that spans e-commerce, quick commerce, pharmacy, healthcare, beauty, and services. As part of the founding team, you’ll own the technical evolution of the NetSuite WMS stack, working closely with global engineering, product, and operations leaders. This is a high-ownership role with direct influence on architecture, integrations, and process design — with visibility into warehouse, finance, and fulfillment operations across regions. Key Responsibilities Customize and enhance NetSuite WMS to support high-volume, multi-location warehouse operations Develop SuiteScript 1.0/2.0 scripts including Client, User Event, Scheduled, and Map/Reduce Build and maintain Suitelets, RESTlets, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and WMS automation tools Develop system integrations with 3PLs, RF scanners, shipping providers, TMS systems, and other external platforms Investigate and resolve fulfillment, inventory, and transaction issues with scalable code-based solutions Own technical strategy for WMS — define standards, lead code reviews, mentor junior developers/admins Partner with product and operations teams to convert workflows into ERP-backed solutions Support next-phase ERP builds powering multiple business verticals such as: 20-minute quick commerce At-home healthcare Beauty & grooming services Pet care & pharmacy Regional e-commerce fulfillment What We’re Looking For 6+ years of NetSuite development experience, with strong command of SuiteScript 1.0 & 2.x Hands-on expertise implementing or customizing NetSuite WMS in live warehouse environments Strong understanding of inventory flows, order lifecycle, and fulfillment logic Proficiency with SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, RESTlets, JavaScript, saved searches, and dashboards Experience integrating NetSuite with external systems (REST, SOAP, Celigo, Boomi, etc.) Ability to convert functional requirements into scalable, maintainable ERP solutions Bonus Advantage NetSuite Certified SuiteCloud Developer II or ERP Consultant Experience with RF/barcode solutions like RF-SMART or NextService Background in omni-channel retail, e-commerce, or multi-warehouse operations Familiarity with Git, version control, and Agile delivery methodologies Experience with documentation, release workflows, and ERP change management Who You Are Engineering-driven mindset — treat ERP/WMS like real software: versioned, testable, observable System thinker — design frameworks others can reuse, not one-off fixes Execution-focused — balance speed, reliability, and maintainability Strong communicator — document decisions, mentor others, drive cross-team alignment Collaborative leader — influence without authority and raise the technical bar What You’ll Get A founding role in a new Bangalore-based ERP engineering hub Ownership of NetSuite WMS architecture for a multi-country Super App ecosystem Direct collaboration with global product, operations, and engineering leadership Opportunity to shape tech culture, team structure, and platform roadmap Work on high-scale fulfillment systems powering multiple business lines A modern, fast-paced environment focused on shipping meaningful impact, not just maintenance
