Responsibilities
  • You’re genuinely motivated by support work and thrive in roles where you can solve problems, guide others, and make things work better.
  • You have an extensive background in NetSuite implementations and feel confident supporting and developing long-term relationships with existing customers.
  • You enjoy digging into processes, spotting inefficiencies, and shaping smarter ways of working – you see continuous improvement as part of the job, not just a bonus.
  • You have strong experience with NetSuite core modules (Finance) and bring a broad, generalist perspective rather than deep specialization in one area.
  • You’re fluent in English – Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, or other languages are considered a plus.
  • Familiarity with the Zone product suite is an advantage.
