NETSUITE TECHNICAL CONSULTANT

The NetSuite Technical Consultant is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions within the NetSuite ERP platform to meet client-specific business requirements. This role involves working closely with clients, project managers, and other consultants to deliver custom solutions that enhance NetSuite functionalities. The Technical Consultant provides technical expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering to post-implementation support.

The Senior NetSuite Technical Consultant is a critical role within our organization, responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of custom solutions and integrations within the NetSuite platform.

• Lead pre-sales efforts by performing technical validation, scoping, and accurate estimation of project requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business and technical requirements during discovery sessions.
• Guide consultants in translating business needs and processes into scalable NetSuite technical solutions.
• Oversee discovery, design, development, and deployment phases for NetSuite customizations using SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, and SuiteTalk.
• Design and develop custom scripts and integrations within NetSuite; prepare technical design documentation, conduct technical walkthroughs, code reviews, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for complex implementations.
• Deliver comprehensive NetSuite solutions including custom configurations, scripting, third-party integrations, reporting, data migration, and go-live support.
• Apply best practices for development and performance optimization within NetSuite’s SuiteCloud platform.
• Manage end-to-end project implementation, ensuring delivery is on schedule and within budget.
• Conduct in-depth testing and quality assurance to validate accuracy, performance, and reliability of solutions.
• Utilize sound judgment and business insight to address non-routine, complex application and technology challenges.
• Provide technical support and serve as an escalation point for resolving client-reported issues and bugs.
• Maintain thorough documentation for custom solutions and integrations.
• Collaborate closely with functional consultants, project managers, and clients to align on project objectives and deliverables.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Act as the primary technical advisor for clients throughout the project lifecycle, offering expert insights and guidance.
• Lead technical workshops and client training sessions to enhance adoption and maximize NetSuite capabilities.
• Foster strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Participate in internal team meetings, actively sharing knowledge, technical expertise, and best practices.
• Contribute to the enhancement of internal tools, methodologies, and processes.
• Perform additional tasks as required in your capacity as a Senior NetSuite Technical Consultant.
