This is a senior-level, hands-on technical role responsible for the configuration, optimization, and security of enterprise systems that support our bank’s infrastructure and business operations.
This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who brings technical depth, leadership in IT projects, and a passion for system reliability and security in a high-availability environment.

• Administer physical and virtual server environments (Windows, Linux, VMware, Hyper-V)
• Optimize systems for performance, scalability, and uptime
• Manage enterprise services including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
• Lead infrastructure projects, including deployments, upgrades, and cloud migrations
• Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning
• Implement and monitor IT security systems including antivirus, patching, and firewalls
• Collaborate across teams to align systems with business needs and compliance standards
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical escalation support
• Maintain infrastructure documentation and generate performance reports
• Coordinate with vendors on contracts, support, and procurement initiatives
