Job Description We are currently looking Senior Network And Security Administrator our Qatar operations. Education : A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is typically required. Experience : 5 to 10 years or more. Should have several years of experience in Banking network environment and security roles before advancing to a senior position. This can range from NAC and Firewall Exposure are Required, Should be good with Avanti Pulse Secure Or Aruba Clear Pass. Networking Certifications: Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) Certifications like CompTIA Network+ and CompTIA Security+ can also be valuable for foundational knowledge. Security Certifications: Security-focused certifications Certifications like Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) are highly regarded. Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, technologies, and architectures is essential. Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices and firewalls. Familiarity with intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS) and VPN technologies. Knowledge of network security best practices, including threat detection and mitigation. Experience with network monitoring and management tools. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex network and security issues. Effective communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Leadership and team collaboration skills, as senior roles often involve mentoring junior staff and leading projects.
