A career as a Senior Network and Security Management Administrator in the IT Operations, Infrastructure, and Security Assets team at National Bank means acting as an expert in resolving network incidents and executing various change requests. This job allows you to have a positive impact on our organization through your skills in network incident resolution and your knowledge of platforms such as Cisco, F5, Checkpoint, AWS, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree related to the desired field and 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Extensive experience in incident resolution in a Cisco environment.
  • Strong knowledge of network technologies/concepts (Switch, Router, firewalls, network accelerators, VPN, load balancer (F5), DNS, Proxy, QoS).
  • Knowledge of network tools (Wireshark, Zabbix, Splunk, etc.).
  • Excellent ability to work in complex environments and assimilate complex technological concepts.
  • CCNP certification desirable.
  • ITIL certification desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence and interact with various stakeholders (technical, senior management, etc.).
  • Communication skills both oral and written.
  • Autonomy, results-oriented, and self-motivated.
Responsibilities
  • Manage network incidents. Diagnose problematic situations and intervene in resolving issues from simple to complex levels.
  • Ensure the stability and usage of environments.
  • Handle various operational network requests within prescribed deadlines.
  • Participate in the production deployment of new network infrastructure solutions.
  • Monitor alerts from different surveillance systems.
  • Keep systems and documentation up to date during environmental changes.
  • Participate in addressing security issues.
  • Implement firewall rules previously authorized by the security team.
