The Role Design and Develop Network Architecture: Create blueprints for LAN, WAN, and multivendor cloud networks aligned with organizational goals. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into network requirements. Network Capacity Planning and Performance Monitoring: Conduct planning and monitoring to ensure optimal network performance and scalability. Implement Cloud Network Services: Manage cloud network services and infrastructure tools across multiple platforms. Network Documentation Maintenance: Develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation, including diagrams and standard operating procedures. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with system administrators, security analysts, and software developers for seamless integration of network infrastructure. Network Security Strategy Implementation: Establish a network security strategy utilizing firewalls, encryption, and cloud-native security tools. Disaster Recovery Planning: Design and execute disaster recovery plans ensuring high availability and business continuity. Optimization of Network Performance: Enhance network performance through traffic analysis and proactive monitoring. Point of Contact for Network Issues: Serve as a primary contact for complex network issues, ensuring rapid resolution and thorough root cause analysis (RCA). Who You Are You’re good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important – you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. Required Technical and Professional Expertise •6+ years of experience focused on network support, configuration, and implementation •6+ years of experience in core switching, routing, MPLS, and firewalls •Networking and security architecture and engineering support experience across local, regional, and global domains •Ability to effectively execute multiple IT projects and deadlines with limited supervision •Proven knowledge and experience in trouble-shooting, switching, and routing •Minimum CCNP certification or equivalent knowledge •Experience with Network security, WAN •Working knowledge of ITIL Preferred Technical and Professional Experience •Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI) deployment and data center experience •Experience with design and implementing Software Defined Network (SDN) and large complex networks •Experience with protocols and technologies such as, BDP, OSPF, MP-FBP EVPN, VXLAN, or VPC •Experience with BGP, Software Defined Networking (SDN) based on Cisco ACI, Checkpoint/Cisco Firepower firewalls, F5 load Balancers, NSX •Experience with Ansible automation Being You Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
