Then National Highways has the role for you!
We’re looking for a Senior Data and Intelligence Analyst to join our team based in the Northwest to carry out data analysis and modelling activities, to derive intelligence and produce recommendations that support the region’s needs assessment, investment and planning decision making.

This role will work closely with various different teams across Operations and National Highways to ensure the right data is in place for colleagues and stakeholders and providing analysis and business solutions for required data.

  • Gather, analyse and monitor relevant data from the region’s road network, operations and services to explore patterns, causes and effect and trends within the business.
  • Identify areas for further analysis and produce performance and service insights to support and improve operations decision-making.
  • Perform regional demand and performance monitoring modelling using analytics tools and techniques.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operations safety, customer and delivery performance through the innovative use of data analysis, insights and GIS visualisation techniques.
  • Work with regional and wider NH stakeholders to define data sets that support business decision making and assist in driving improvements in data management processes and practices.

External candidates will be offered a starting salary at the lower end of the pay scale, while current employees will be appointed in accordance with our established pay policy.
