JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirements:

  • · Knowledge and experience supporting Nokia Core products (NDS, UDM, HSS, HLR, PCF).
  • · Knowledge and experience with Subscriber Provisioning flows.
  • · Experience with TMO implemented systems preferred: ServiceNow, OneConsole, OneData, CyberArk, NetScout, etc).
  • · Knowledge and experience working with a Cloud Native computing environment.
  • · Knowledge and experience supporting Dell Hardware/IDRAC.
  • · Knowledge and experience of the telecom Cyber-Security space: recognizing bad practice and addressing vulnerabilities thru configuration and software changes.

SKILLSET MATRIX:

Technology Requirements (I.E Programs, systems, etc)
Scripting: Python, Ansible, Bash
Business Intelligence
Unix/Linux CLI
Load Balancers (basic)
Routers (basic)
Database (basic)
Reviewing CMDB, update data, review issues/tickets/emails, update systems as needed. Attend meetings w/ vendor and design counterparts.

WORK EXPERIENCE

3+ years operational support in technical environment.
