ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience in network operations and support
• Hands-on knowledge of Cisco and/or Aruba wireless networking (certs preferred)
• Routing & switching expertise (Cisco and/or Juniper – certs preferred)
• Familiarity with data centre, access, and wireless network environments
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in a Managed Services environment
• Comfortable in high-paced, high-pressure settings

• Must be based in QLD, NSW or ACT
• Must hold Baseline or NV1 Security Clearance
• Willingness to participate in an on-call roster
