Description

We're looking for a Senior Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementation, and migration of customer networks to our managed services platform. You will deliver cutting-edge solutions to organisations across the region while bringing a strong combination of technical expertise and exceptional customer engagement skills. \n Responsibilities Implement network solutions according to approved designs Execute customer migrations from legacy systems to new network solutions Conduct thorough testing and validation of implemented solutions Create comprehensive as-built documentation Facilitate smooth handover sessions with Business-As-Usual support teams Complete new service provisioning activities on our Core Network and Customer Edge devices. Complete scheduled MACD requests and upgrades on internal and managed infrastructure. Assist with technical escalations from other internal teams. Work with our team on network upgrade and expansion projects and overall service improvement Collaborate with team members on expansion projects and the overall Core Network topology and design. Maintain network documentation and internal system updates. Contribute to project planning, work breakdown structures, and timeline development Maintain accurate and timely project documentation and time reporting To be successful in this role, you will have: Skills, Qualifications and Experience Vendor Technologies (Minimum 4-5 years’ experience with any combination) Juniper: Junos, SRX, EX series, Mist, Session Smart Router Aruba: CX switching, WiFi solutions, Central management Fortinet: FortiOS, FortiGate, FortiManager Palo Alto: PAN-OS firewalls, Panorama management Cisco: IOS-XE, NX-OS, IOS-XR, ISR, Catalyst, ASR platforms Cloudflare: WARP, WAF, load balancing Preferred Technical Skills Strong foundational knowledge in: Security Services Edge (SSE): Cloudflare, Zscaler, Prisma Access Application Security: Web Application Firewalls, load balancing Data Center Networking: Spine & Leaf architectures, EVPN/VXLAN Service Provider Technologies: MPLS, L3 VPN, VPLS, pseudowire/EPL Voice Technologies: VoIP, SIP protocols and implementation Network Management: RADIUS, TACACS+, SAML, SNMP, Syslog, IPFIX Cloud Networking: Azure and AWS networking service Essential Soft Skills Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities Strong analytical and logical troubleshooting methodology Self-motivated with excellent time management and project leadership capabilities Work in a collaborative environment with team members from around the world \n By applying for this role, your contact details will be securely stored in our candidate database.
