Job Description Arthur Grand Technologies is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Network Engineer –Full Time – Minneapolis, MN for one of our clients. Position: Senior Network Engineer Location: Minneapolis, MN (on-site) Full Time opportunity Responsibilities Manage LAN/Multi-Site WAN and virtualization environments using Cisco, Adtran routers, and HPE switches. Configure and troubleshoot Watchguard & Palo Alto Firewalls, SSL VPNs, and remote office VPN tunnels. Monitor LAN/WAN performance, troubleshoot application issues, and assist with system administration tasks. Lead network upgrades, patch management, and vendor communications for hardware and software. Create and update Visio diagrams, network policies, and security standards following best practices. Train IT staff on network tools and ensure thorough troubleshooting and configuration documentation Participate in after-hours rotations and travel occasionally to local and regional sites. Experience: 3+ years of network management and security, local and wide area network infrastructure experience. 5+ years in network infrastructure and vendor interaction is a plus! Soft Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and independent working skills. Education: Bachelor’s in Telecommunications, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related IT field.
