Your future team

You will become part of our IT Infrastructure team and work alongside experienced colleagues on challenging customer projects in the network and security environment – ​​both on-site and remotely. You will support various medium-sized companies and corporations from a wide range of industries.

This is what you can expect from us

  • Network security: Operation, maintenance and further development of firewall systems (e.g. Fortinet, Sophos, Cisco Meraki, SonicWall)
  • Switching & WLAN: Configuration and administration of switches and access points (Cisco, Aruba, Unifi, Meraki, Fortinet)
  • Server & network operations: Installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of Windows server environments and LAN/WLAN/WAN structures
  • Cloud Networking: Contributing to the setup of Azure networks (vNETs, ​​gateways, connections)
  • Support & Ticketing: Independent handling of complex customer requests
  • Microsoft 365: Basic administration of M365 tenants
  • Documentation: Structured maintenance of network diagrams and technical documentation (e.g., using Visio)

  • Background – Completed studies or training in the IT field, e.g. IT specialist for system integration
  • Experience – Several years of professional experience in networking and project management (multitasking & prioritization)
  • Expertise – Good knowledge of firewall, switching and WLAN solutions from leading manufacturers
  • Cloud skills – experience in public and private cloud
  • Soft skills – teamwork, assertiveness, communication skills
  • Languages ​​– Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
