We are hiring – Network Engineering Officer

We are looking for a Network Engineering Officer to join our team and support the administration, installation, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of network systems and infrastructure across multiple sites.

• Key Responsibilities:Install, maintain, and troubleshoot network devices and infrastructure.
• Monitor network systems and resolve incidents within SLA targets.
• Provide technical support for network equipment, computers, and peripherals.
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and manuals.
• Support network recovery and reconfiguration activities.
• Guide and support technical staff when required.

• Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in IT (Networking) or equivalent – no experience required.
• OR Diploma in IT (Networking) or equivalent with minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Strong networking and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Good communication and English language skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
