NovoServe is an entrepreneurial and tech-focused organization based in the Netherlands. As a fast-growing IaaS provider, we are working toward global expansion. Our goal is to offer clients high-performance, scalable dedicated bare-metal servers on a secure and resilient platform. Together with our customers, we are committed to advancing the internet as a service.

In this role, you will work closely with your colleagues in the SRE team to ensure the continued operation and scaling of our international network, which supports over 7,000 physical servers and 40,000 virtual servers and 16Tbps of external connectivity. You will collaborate with the Development department to further automate the network, optimize network security, and enhance our in-house DDoS protection. Additionally, you will be involved in network monitoring and incident management. Our SRE team also participates in an on-call rotation to respond quickly to any incidents.
