We’re looking for an experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our Platform Engineering Team at our HQ in Islands Brygge.
As a Senior Network Engineer, you will help us design, operate, and evolve the network backbone of our mobile core and platform. You’ll join a high-impact team shaping the way our systems connect, scale, and perform, while pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with Linux networking, eBPF and cloud-native technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and operate our network infrastructure across cloud environments to support both our platform and our mobile core.
  • Manage and optimize Linux-based networking, including routing, firewalls, traffic shaping, and high-performance packet processing.
  • Implement and maintain container networking for Kubernetes clusters, including CNI configuration, service mesh integration, and security policies.
  • Explore how we can leverage eBPF to enhance observability, security, and performance of network workloads.
  • Collaborate with Platform Engineers and the Core Network Squad to build “paved roads” for secure and reliable networking across environments.
  • Ensure scalability, redundancy, and resilience in network design, meeting the high demands of global IoT connectivity.
  • Contribute to automation and Infrastructure as Code practices for network configuration and deployment (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex network issues across multiple layers and platforms.
