Description
Job Summary: You will join our dynamic Tech team as a Senior Network Engineer, providing day‑to‑day operational support for global network services. Your responsibilities include incident management, change management, service requests, and production troubleshooting across both on‑premises and public cloud environments. You will operate and support network technologies such as switches, routers, NAC, sensors, IPAM, and monitoring systems to ensure worldwide service continuity. In this role, you will work closely with IT teams, supporting connectivity‑related topics and contributing to network‑related projects on a global scale. Details: At a global level, you focus on day‑to‑day operations and the maintenance of network and associated systems, working in close collaboration with IT teams worldwide. Your key responsibilities include managing global MPLS and Internet providers, operating and evolving cloud network infrastructure, protecting internal assets against cyber threats, participating in major network initiatives (such as office relocations, lifecycle renewals, and new deployments), and responding to security incidents in coordination with the SOC and M&C teams. You ensure the performance, reliability, and availability of LAN and WAN infrastructures by monitoring throughput and producing metrics and reports for management. Your role covers LAN architecture and administration, supports service continuity through BCP and DR planning, and includes managing critical local facilities such as computer rooms and network closets, including HVAC and power systems. In addition, you contribute to the continuous improvement of tools, processes, and network solutions across SCOR’s global environment. This includes supporting project design, integrating and validating new technologies, maintaining documentation, providing operational support, reporting activities, and managing incidents while ensuring that processes remain effective and up to date. In parallel, you support the evolution of global networks and cloud integration, working closely with security and technical teams on architecture and modernization initiatives to enhance performance, reliability, and scalability.
