Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Senior Network Partnership Manager to own relationships with our scheme and acquiring partners and actively contribute to our goal of creating the world’s largest digital payment network. Whilst primarily a remittance platform, Paysend is uniquely positioned as an Acquirer, Issuer, Processor and Merchant, meaning you will interact across the full payment value chain. Creating a rare opportunity to work at the forefront of fintech industry and the opportunity to become an expert in Cross Border payments. The role is hybrid and based in London.

WHAT YOU’LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES):

  • Partnership management – optimising economic conditions, opportunities for co-marketing and identification of superior partners who enhance ournetwork. To align to our strategy of creating the world largest digital payment network
  • Fully utilise the data capabilities within Paysend gaining a full understanding of market performance, pro-actively identifying growth and optimisation opportunities making key contributions to our goal of $1bn in volume in December 2025
  • Own a deliver agreed company quarterly KRs
  • Pro-actively look for ways to improve our customer experience and success rates
  • Implement new licenses, scheme products, and settlement currencies

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

  • Growth mindset – receptive to feedback and continuous improvement
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • High level knowledge of payments and card schemes
  • Experience with schemes a plus
  • Interest and intellectual curiosity in financial services industry
