ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&T compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function. This may include, but is not limited to, work related to fuel tanks, emergency and stand-by generators, boilers, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, batteries, manholes and vaults, water wells, linear and other construction projects, water discharge, or air emissions.
Our Senior Network Process & Quality, earns between $96,000 - $144,000 annually. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

Responsibilities
  • Satellite Management and Earth Station Requirements in Alaska
  • Maintain transponder frequency assignments, move/groom circuits, make and maintain a satellite restoral plan along with sun outage predictions
  • Develop new processes, define processing or handling requirements, compile/evaluate test data
  • Make recommendations and implement improvements
  • Reviews requirements for compatibility with processing methods
  • Develops/modifies processes, methods, and controls to meet quality standards
  • Conducts feasibility studies and recommends process improvements
  • May provide data mining, reporting, and support to technical network programs and initiatives for network data standards and integrity
  • Analyze, track, and publish methods and procedures
  • Analyze data to identify root causes of network problems
  • May provide process improvement training
  • Provide technical support on process and compliance
  • Analyze, design, develop, and document network quality/process improvements
  • Align improvement to network performance shortfalls
  • Provide consultation on reengineering techniques to improve network process performance and product quality
  • Develop network methods, techniques and evaluation criterion for results
  • Analyze, track and publish network performance and process/quality indicators and results by constructing reports that are geographically illustrative of network process trends and performance
  • Ensure network process capability, control and improvement by implementing procedures and interpreting network standards
  • Develop network metrics that provide data to measure for future network improvement opportunities
  • Collect data to identify root causes of network problems
  • Measure performance against network process requirements
  • Development and implementation of network performance metrics, process control points and results management. Writes/edits technical network manuals
