In this strategic hybrid role, you will be the guardian of the organization’s infrastructure robustness, connectivity, and protection. You will operate across the entire value chain, from the physical network layer to advanced threat detection: Hybrid Operations (BAU): Administer and maintain critical infrastructure, including switching and routing (Cisco, Aruba) as well as next-generation security boundaries (Palo Alto, CheckPoint Firewalls). Access & Identity Security: Manage the privileged access lifecycle via PAM (Wallix) solutions and supervise PKI and certificate management. Performance & Connectivity: Optimize network flows, manage Load Balancing (F5) solutions, and ensure high availability for VPN tunnels and SD-WAN architectures. Vulnerability Management & Monitoring: Drive scanning campaigns (Rapid7), prioritize technical remediations, and analyze alerts from the SIEM (ELK) or EDR platforms. Incident Response & Troubleshooting: Act as a Level 2/3 expert to resolve complex connectivity issues and coordinate the response to security incidents (containment and post-mortem). Governance & Projects: Contribute to the design of secure architectures (network segmentation, Zero Trust), apply ISO 27001 standards, and automate tasks through scripting (Python, Ansible). Qualifications What is your profile ? Experience: 3 to 6 years of proven experience in a role combining network engineering and cybersecurity. Network Expertise: Deep understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) and switching. Hands-on experience with market-leading equipment: Cisco Catalyst/Nexus, HP/Aruba, or Juniper. Proficiency in Load Balancing (F5 Big-IP). Cybersecurity Expertise: Administration of Next-Gen Firewalls (Palo Alto, CheckPoint). Knowledge of detection tools and identity management (PAM Wallix, AD, EntraID). Practical experience in vulnerability scanning and log analysis (SIEM). Frameworks & Standards: Strong familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS frameworks. Languages: Fluent French is mandatory; a solid level of technical English is required. What are we offering?
