Description:

PROJECT:

We are looking for a Senior Network Support Specialist to improve operational network support. You will get the chance to work in a team of over a dozen employees and external consultants to drive network support.
In this position you will be collaborating closely with Network Engineering (governance, security, architecture & design) team running projects & defining infrastructure’s future and the external company.
You will focus on reducing the number and duration of major incidents, resource optimization (people’s work, servers, licenses, etc.), improving support for other teams doing IT operation and development.

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • Experience in enterprise network management.
  • Experience in managing a big installations of load balancers, Wi-Fi access points, Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC), SDWAN, and DNA is highly desired, Cisco DNA/Catalyst Center and Cisco ISE.
  • Experience with various wireless tools such as Spectrum Analyzer, Protocol Analyzer and WireShark.
  • Skilled at planning and controlling IT operations.
  • CCIE Wireless, CCNP Wireless or 300-415 ENSDWI Certifications are desired.
  • Experienced with working for a financial institution.
  • Result oriented, proactive in automation and optimization.
  • Analytical, accurate and taking care of details, caring for quality.
  • Taking ownership and delivering results.
  • Collaborative, having team player approach.
  • Proficiency in English, spoken and written B2.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting network issues, responding to incidents and quickly restoring services, delivering technical consultation to other units.
  • Defining, creating and ensuring following of standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance with policies from Engineering and Cybersecurity, patching, upgrading, hardening, monitoring.
