  • Minimum 7 years of experience in elevator/escalator new installations.
  • Strong technical understanding of elevator systems and installation requirements.
  • Proficiency in sales-related software (e.g., SAP, VIEW, CRM systems).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple complex sales opportunities simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with clients and internal teams.

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Senior New Installation (NI) Sales Engineer will play a key role in driving strategic sales efforts related to elevator and escalator installations across Kuwait. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the elevator industry, combining strong technical expertise with proven commercial capability.
The role involves managing the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and client engagement to proposal, negotiation, and project handover — while ensuring alignment with technical requirements and business goals.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and secure new elevator and escalator installation projects across Kuwait.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, developers, consultants, building owners, and contractors.
  • Conduct technical meetings, presentations, and site visits to assess project needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and commercial teams to develop compliant, cost-effective offers.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive proposals, including technical scope, pricing, timelines, and commercial terms.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, ensuring smooth coordination between all stakeholders and departments.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to support business strategy.
  • Represent the company at relevant events, exhibitions, and trade forums.
  • Ensure compliance with company health, safety, and quality policies.
