JOB DESCRIPTION

• We are seeking a dedicated Care assistant/Senior Care Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care to elderly residents in our care home. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to supervise a team, and demonstrate leadership qualities.   Responsibilities:
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
• Supervise care staff and ensure the delivery of person-centred care
• Provide senior care services according to individual care plans
• Demonstrate leadership by setting a positive example for the care team
• Utilise IT systems for record-keeping and care planning
• Drive continuous improvement in care standards within the care home
