At Parkside house we are recruiting for a Senior Night Care Assistant to join our team. Within this role you will be responsible for leading, managing and supporting a night care team ensuring high quality of care and service is provided to all residents at all times. You’ll play a key part with care delivery in the home.

ABOUT US

• We are a residential care home in Penarth providing both personal and dementia care for up to 35 residents.

• Strong caring values and wanting to work as part of a team to make a real difference to our residents daily lives
• Experienced with QCF/NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care
• Experience with shift leadership
• Proven track record in a care home environment delivering quality care.
• Experience and knowledge of dementia.
• Social Care Wales registered
