OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated senior NIGHT caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to residents in a care home setting. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to supervise and support other staff, administer medication, written and typed documentation and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for seniors. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for implementing care plans and ensuring that each resident receives personalised attention tailored to their needs.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in senior care or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide others in a caregiving environment.
  • Familiarity with IT systems for record keeping and communication purposes is advantageous.
  • A valid driving licence is desirable for transporting residents as needed.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for caring for others are essential.
