Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Night Guest Service Agent to join our team at Oaks R Suites Geelong. This is a full-time night shift position, working Sunday to Thursday from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. As the Senior Night Guest Service Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for guests during overnight hours, ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional service throughout the night. Key Responsibilities Oversee front desk operations during night shifts, including check-ins and check-outs. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism. Monitor property security and ensure guest safety during overnight hours. Handle reservations, payments, and administrative tasks accurately. Provide guidance and support to junior team members when required. Qualifications Previous experience in a guest service or front office role, preferably in hospitality. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and maintain a calm, professional demeanor under pressure. Flexibility to work overnight shifts consistently.
