As a Senior Node.js Developer, you will work on building highly scalable, distributed systems in a modern cloud-native stack using Node.js, NestJS, MongoDB, Azure, and messaging platforms like Azure Service Bus. The role combines deep engineering challenges with a consultative and quality-driven approach to system design.
You will be part of an agile platform team that embraces modern software engineering practices and integrates GenAI tools into the SDLC to accelerate delivery and enhance quality.

• Design & build distributed back-end services using Node.js, NestJS, and MongoDB within a microservices architecture.
• Develop secure, production-grade REST and GraphQL APIs with strong SLAs for performance and availability.
• Leverage Azure services (Service Bus, Event Hub, Functions) to build resilient, scalable systems.
• Participate in agile planning and refinement sessions — influence architecture and development approaches.
• Apply GenAI tools effectively in documentation, testing, code generation, and code analysis.
• Write comprehensive automated tests and maintain high test coverage with modern frameworks.
• Lead efforts on observability, monitoring (DataDog), and post-deployment readiness.
• Collaborate with front-end engineers, product owners, and QA to ensure end-to-end quality.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor less experienced developers, and promote engineering best practices.
