Responsibilities
  • Lead the introduction of new products and packaging into commercial manufacturing, making sure every transfer meets the highest standards for quality, timelines, and budget.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, guiding cross-functional teams and providing technical leadership on complex projects.
  • Develop clear transfer roadmaps and keep both customers and internal stakeholders informed with regular updates and presentations.
  • Take on challenging engineering problems, applying innovative thinking and practical solutions.
  • Ensure all projects align with stage gate reviews and meet regulatory, quality, and business requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance products, processes, and ways of working.
  • Work independently with real ownership of results, while also mentoring and supporting junior engineers.
  • Build alignment across teams, influencing decisions and ensuring smooth collaboration in complex situations
