The responsibilities of a NPI Engineer in this role include: * Provide technical and sustaining engineering support in a manufacturing area.  * Recommend and implement equipment and process modifications to improve production efficiencies, manufacturing techniques and production yields for existing products.  * Develop and conduct statistical analysis such as Design of Experiments (DOE) and Statistical Process Control (SPC) targeting physical cause of failure for yield loss and improving quality.  * Interact with product design and development personnel to ensure that processes and designs are compatible. * Interact with customers in support of project status, key milestones, and deliveries. This includes samples deliveries, special work requests, wafer lot starts and reliability tests * Perform product reliability and characterization of integrated circuits to ensure they meet the product requirement specifications and manufacturing requirements Why TI? * Engineer your future.
