• Work with the clinical team to set goals and plans for the unit.
• Oversee new staff orientation, assess their skills, identify training needs, and support their career development.
• Review the quality of nursing care and make improvements as needed.
• Lead investigations into incident reports and ensure steps are taken to prevent similar issues in the future.
• Keep track of spending and supplies to ensure resources are used wisely.
• Create staff schedules that match the needs of patients with the right mix of nursing skills.
• Make sure nursing policies and procedures follow organizational standards.
• Apply broad, system-level thinking to solve problems in different situations.
• Take the lead in hiring, training, and keeping nursing staff, working closely with the nursing team.

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience
