Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and uphold the Nannie Annies curriculum, vision, and values in daily practice
  • Build and maintain strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Ensure safeguarding and child welfare procedures are rigorously upheld
  • Produce high-quality child development reports and contribute to planning and assessment
  • Support and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence and reflective practice

What You Bring

  • Proven experience working with children in an early years setting
  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5 or above desirable)
  • A genuine passion for teaching, learning, and child development
  • A nurturing, emotionally intelligent, and proactive approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
