Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic (Senior) Nursing Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic recruitment team in Fort Washington, United States. In this role, you will specialize in identifying, attracting, and placing exceptional nursing talent across healthcare facilities in the region. You will serve as a trusted advisor to both healthcare organizations and nursing professionals, building lasting relationships while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity. Source, screen, and interview qualified nursing candidates using multiple recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of pre-qualified nursing professionals to meet current and future client demands Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate clinical expertise, credentials, licensing status, and cultural fit with healthcare organizations Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and professional experience Negotiate offers and employment terms with candidates and clients, working toward mutually beneficial agreements Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms Analyze recruitment metrics and performance data to identify trends, optimize processes, and achieve placement targets Build and nurture long-term relationships with healthcare facilities, nursing agencies, and industry contacts to expand business opportunities Stay current with healthcare staffing regulations, nursing licensing requirements, and industry best practices Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from initial inquiry to successful placement and onboarding Collaborate with team members to share best practices, support high-volume recruitment initiatives, and contribute to team success Qualifications **Required Skills and Competencies:** Proven expertise in nursing recruitment and healthcare staffing Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and interview skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases Exceptional time management and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple candidates and client relationships simultaneously Negotiation and persuasion skills Detail-oriented approach with strong attention to accuracy Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively in a team environment **Preferred Skills:** Experience with CRM software and recruitment analytics tools Social media recruiting and digital sourcing expertise Knowledge of healthcare industry operations and staffing models Familiarity with nursing credentials, licensing requirements, and regulatory compliance **Required Experience:** 3-5+ years of professional experience in nursing recruitment or healthcare staffing (Senior level candidates should have 5+ years) Proven track record of successfully placing nursing professionals in various healthcare settings Experience building and maintaining candidate pipelines **Preferred Education and Certifications:** Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) certification or equivalent Nursing background or clinical healthcare experience **Domain Expertise:** In-depth knowledge of healthcare staffing regulations and compliance requirements Understanding of nursing specialties, credentials, and licensing standards Familiarity with healthcare facility operations and staffing challenges Additional Information #LI-JG1 #LI-Hybrid
