【Position Summary】 Lead the technical development and New Product Introduction (NPI) of next-generation Non-Volatile Memory (NVM). Focus on optimizing MRAM and RRAM electrical characteristics, ensuring superior yield and reliability through advanced process nodes, and defining optimal operating specifications. 【Key Responsibilities】 • Characterization & Process Integration: Execute comprehensive electrical analysis; identify and track process defects with the Process Integration (PI) team. Partner with Foundries to develop and implement BKM (Best Known Method) processes. • Yield Enhancement: Lead cross-functional yield improvement initiatives; perform deep-dive electrical simulation and Physical Failure Analysis (PFA) to stabilize mass production. • Reliability & Qualification: Drive critical reliability qualifications, including Data Retention, Endurance, and Magnetic Immunity. • Test Strategy Development: Collaborate with test teams to develop high-efficiency CP/FT test flows and Repair/Redundancy algorithms. 【Required Qualifications】 • Education: Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related fields. • Experience: 6+ years in the semiconductor industry, with 5+ years focused on NVM (NAND/NOR/eFlash) or Emerging Memory (MRAM/RRAM). • Technical Expertise: • In-depth knowledge of NVM physics, STT-MRAM/RRAM switching mechanisms, and material properties. • Proven ability to analyze complex resistance distributions and statistical data. • Proficiency in JMP, Python, or Spotfire. 【Preferred Skills】 • Memory Architecture: Familiarity with SRAM and ESF3 architectures and their operating mechanisms. • Production Experience: Direct experience in Embedded MRAM/RRAM mass production at advanced nodes (22nm/16nm/12nm). • Circuit Knowledge: Understanding of peripheral circuit design and sensing techniques. • Ecosystem Collaboration: Experience leading technical collaborations with Tier-1 foundries. 【Soft Qualities】 • Analytical Thinking: Insightful data interpretation to identify key trends and root causes. • Proactive Ownership: Strong initiative in coordinating resources and resolving technical bottlenecks. • Effective Communication: Ability to translate complex electrical issues into actionable process or design optimizations. • Resilience: Calm and adaptive in high-pressure R&D environments with a growth mindset for emerging technologies.
