Job Description BROAD FUNCTIONS : Manage and coordinate the operation and maintenance of Facilities Systems: Chilled Water System, Compressed Dry Air System, Vacuum System, Process Exhaust System, Fire Protection System Lead and supervise a team of technicians in all aspects of technical and operational work. Provide technical guidance, conduct meetings, and resolve complex technical issues. Develop work plans, maintenance schedules, and repair strategies. Manage departmental budgets and resource allocation. Regular Ensure timely completion of all Preventive, Corrective, and Predictive Maintenance Programs to maximize system uptime. Identify and assess risks related to Facilities Systems and propose mitigation or improvement actions. Analyze system performance and evaluate future capacity requirements based on production demands. Develop and implement long-term equipment or process improvements for cost reduction, reliability, and safety enhancement. Plan and schedule manpower (HC), material, and cost requirements for maintenance and projects. Lead and manage operation chargemen and technicians to ensure effective daily operations. Liaise with engineering and production teams to meet system reliability, quality, and quantity targets. Oversee and manage Reliability, Quality, Cost, and Safety (RQCS) aspects of all Facilities Systems. Manage and coordinate outsourced operation and maintenance service contractors. Lead and ensure compliance during inspections conducted by local authorities. Prepare and submit Facilities Operation Reports in a timely and accurate manner. Perform other duties and assignments as directed by the immediate superior. Qualifications Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in any Engineering field or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing a facilities department or section Proven experience working in a manufacturing environment.
