We’re looking for a Senior Occupational Health Advisor to support the delivery of a high-quality, responsive service. This role offers hybrid working – ideal for someone who enjoys both autonomy and collaboration.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing complex cases and delivering expert advice to line managers and employees
  • Conducting workplace assessments and health surveillance
  • Advising on health and wellbeing strategy, policies, and procedures
  • Playing a pivotal role in developing wider wellbeing initiatives across the organisation

What We’re Looking For:

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN)
  • NMC registration
  • minimum of 2 years of Occupational Health experience
  • A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a solution-focused approach

You’ll be part of a supportive team with regular input from an appointed Occupational Health Physician.
