Job Title: Senior Occupational Therapist – Adult Social Care Location: Hull Pay Rate: £40 Per hour (Umbrella) Job Description: Liquid Personnel is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join its client’s Adult Social Care team, based in Hull. We are looking for a highly experienced professional to support a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach to promoting independence and wellbeing. This is a leadership position within a forward-thinking service that values creativity, inclusion, and person-centred care. What will your responsibilities be? You’ll oversee a team of Occupational Therapists and OT Assistants, allocating cases, monitoring performance, and supporting complex casework. You’ll work collaboratively across adult social care and housing partners to ensure timely and effective interventions. Supervising and mentoring OT staff, including newly qualified and returning practitioners Leading complex assessments and reviews under the Care Act (2014) Supporting See and Solve community staff and ensuring appropriate deployment of OT resources Promoting trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and inclusive practice Facilitating joint assessments with housing teams for home adaptations Contributing to safeguarding reviews, case conferences, and best interest decisions Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 7 years’ experience as an Occupational Therapist Supervision experience within adult social care HCPC registration Ability to work in-office at least 2 days/week (ideally 3–4) Strong leadership, communication, and assessment skills Benefits: Refer a friend and earn a bonus!
