We take a fresh, innovative approach to disability support—one defined by participant‑centred care, meaningful relationships, and a holistic team model that brings together support workers, Allied Health professionals, families, and participants to enable each person’s goals. About the Role In this Senior role you will: Manage a varied caseload, including complex clients Oversee complex assessments (AT, home mods, SIL, FCA) Lead complex cases to ensure strong clinical outcomes Support clients to achieve meaningful long-term home and living goals Collaborate with in Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy, and PBS colleagues Provide supervision and mentoring for early career OTs Support quality practice and continuous improvement Contribute your expertise to broader team and organisational projects Our bright and fresh offices, offer free parking and are right beside Gardiner Train station.
