Are you a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist wishing to join a dedicated Palliative Care team located at Nepean Hospital who supporti patients with life-limiting illness to maintain dignity, function and quality of life.
As a senior clinician, you will lead and deliver expert occupational therapy services across inpatient and/or outpatient palliative care settings.
This role willl see you provide complex assessment, care planning and intervention to support patients’ functional independence and comfort, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop holistic, person-centred care plans, offer leadership, clinical supervision and mentoring, contribute to service development, quality improvement and evidence-based practice whilst supporting patients and families through care with empathy and professionalism
