ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our Rehabilitation. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic group of Occupational Therapists, Allied Health Assistants and strong Multi-Disciplinary team at Bathurst Hospital as a Senior Clinician in the Rehabilitation services.
The Occupational Therapy Department at Bathurst Hospital is a group of friendly, enthusiastic and innovative therapists and Allied Health Assistants who are welcoming and willing to foster growth and development in their colleagues.
The team works across the Emergency Department, Intensive Care Unit, Acute and Rehabilitation wards, Outpatients, Community and Sub-Acute Outreach to nearby towns. The Department enjoys strong relationships with their Allied Health colleagues and multidisciplinary teams and participates in the supervision of undergraduate Occupational Therapy University students.
As a rural role you have lots of opportunities for learning and development, including with other OT teams across our district. Have an area of interest?
That’s great! We nurture and support learning in specific areas, so you can be the team specialist in that area and share your knowledge.
You’ll work with a team passionate about community care, you and your career. The team is here for you, supporting you through settling in to the team and town, developing your clinical skills and helping you chart your career.
This is a great opportunity to further your career in a regional city with all services, no commuting time and just a quick hop to Sydney. Join us!
Multiple positions are available with contract end dates in January 2026 and May 2026 respectively.
