Job Description: We are looking to fill a Senior Ocean & Air Logistics Coordinator position. The ideal candidate is a dependable, driven individual with a hunger to learn and grow in the logistics field. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing airfreight and ocean freight operations while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in day-to-day tasks. This role requires someone eager to get the job done and contribute to our success. Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage airfreight and ocean freight shipments Work closely with carriers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations Assist with tracking and reporting shipment statuses Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and troubleshoot any issues Maintain accurate records and documentation for shipments Learn and grow within the logistics industry, expanding your knowledge and skill set Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field preferred Certifications in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., Certified Supply Chain Professional) are a plus but not required Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word) is preferred but not mandatory 5 years of experience in airfreight and ocean freight operations (required) 5 years of logistics experience (required) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Willingness to learn and take on new challenges Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Business casual work environment Growth opportunities in a fast-paced, dynamic industry Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Full-time Work Location: Houston, TX
