REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience within a busy office environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Fluent English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks independently.

    Pay: €30,000.00-€40,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Primary point of contact for all accounts payable and receivable queries

  • Assist in data entry, reconcile accounts and bookkeeping tasks
  • Prepare and issue invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding items
  • Support our accountants in payroll processing. Liaise with our accountants as required
  • Other Duties:
  • Assist other departments with ad hoc admin projects and tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data in accordance with company policy.
  • Tender preparation – document processing
  • Carrying out requests from management as needed
