We give you a world of potential Within the Facilities team we manage the property, facilities and health & safety for all our colleagues, contractors, third party suppliers and clients on UCI premises. A role you will love The Senior Office Attendant covers the full spectrum of office collection and delivery services, involves doing tasks to ensure smooth running of day-to-day operations and supports keeping facilities maintained to a high standard of amenity and functionality, also assists in handling ad-hoc jobs assigned by Facilities Manager if any. Some other key accountabilities will include: • Delivery and distribution of internal and external documents. • Handling postal arrangement and courier services. • Conduct inspections as assigned. • Admin of contractors, consultants, landlords. • Meeting room set ups (which may require assistance from others). • Other general admin tasks. • Handle ad hoc duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager. What will you bring to the role? To be successful in this role, you must have knowledge of Facilities and Office Administration, good understanding of health, safety and security requirements within an office environment, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Some other key skills required for the role: • Form 5 or above • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience and candidates with less experience will be considered as Office Attendant. • Intermediate MS Office skills. • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
