To bring this vision to life, you’ll lead how our space fosters productivity, well-being, and belonging - shaping everything from daily operations to long-term strategy. You’ll work closely with the CEO, CHRO, Internal Communications Lead, and cross-functional teams. You report to the CHRO.

What You’ll Do

• Define and execute our workplace vision, strategy, and roadmap in line with company needs and budget - making the office a place people want to be.
• Lead strategic workplace projects from concept to execution, partnering with design firms, architects, and facility vendors to create inclusive, sustainable, and ergonomic environments.
• Shape a hybrid-ready workplace experience that reflects our values and culture - supporting onboarding, rituals, quiet focus, social connection, and well-being.
• Continuously gather insights through data, surveys, focus groups, and observation to optimize space usage and improve how people interact with our environment.
• Oversee day-to-day workplace operations (reception, catering, cleaning, maintenance, plants) and manage vendor performance to ensure safety, compliance, and service excellence.
• Collaborate with Internal Communications, IT, People, and the Works Council to manage change, enhance communication, and ensure seamless employee journeys.

Who You Are

• 7+ years of experience in workplace experience, real estate, hospitality, or employee experience roles.
• You’ve successfully managed office environments with a focus on design, employee experience, inclusivity and performance.
• You’re experienced in space planning, budget and vendor management, and systems that keep a workplace running smoothly.
• You think in data and act with empathy - balancing business needs with diverse employee expectations.
• You communicate fluently in English; German skills are a plus.
