Are you an organized, compassionate, and driven leader ready to make a real impact in your community? Our committed and compassionate Home Care Agency is seeking a Bilingual Spanish speaking Office Manager to oversee and support operations across our Reading and Lebanon offices.
As Office Manager, you’ll work closely with all departments to coordinate administrative functions, support staffing, and ensure our team runs efficiently and effectively. You’ll receive full training and ongoing support from our experienced Regional Manager.
Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are required for this role to better support our diverse team and client base.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Must be willing to travel between and support both Reading and Lebanon offices
  • Experience in home care and/or home health strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Team-oriented with a proactive and flexible attitude

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure service excellence for clients with mental health and/or medical needs
  • Collaborate with all departments to manage office workflow and administrative tasks
  • Support and coordinate caregiver/client matching and schedules
  • Monitor and communicate staffing needs with HR and recruitment
  • Maintain documentation accuracy and billing compliance
  • Track and manage office budget and identify areas for financial growth
  • Assist in audit preparation and correction plans as needed
  • Provide leadership, support, and hands-on help across departments
