Job Title: Senior Office Manager
Reporting to: Director in Charge of Facilities
Location: Harrogate / Leeds, UK
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £30,000-£37,000

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • General education to GCSE level or equivalent (Grade C or above).
  • Awareness of safeguarding, confidentiality, and data protection regulations.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Confident in liaising with external agencies and contractors.
  • Capable of managing financial transactions and approving invoices.
  • Able to deliver staff management, supervisions, and appraisals.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Senior Centre/Office Manager plays a key role in ensuring the smooth, safe, and professional operation of Oakdale’s centres. You will oversee day-to-day administration, facilities, compliance, and support services across multiple sites, ensuring a consistent standard of care and operational excellence. This role also involves line management of Centre Coordinators at Horsforth and Halifax, providing operational guidance, support, and performance management to maintain high standards across all locations.
