Job Purpose: The Senior Business Planning Officer will be responsible for assisting the CEO in implementing strategic business plans that align with the company's objectives. The Business Planning Manager will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the progress of these plans. Additionally, As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to top executives in the company. You will be responsible for managing their calendars, coordinating travel, handling confidential information, and performing other tasks as needed to ensure their schedules run smoothly. Key Responsibilities: * Monitor and report on the progress of business plans, making recommendations for areas of focus * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of business plans within timelines * Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on business plans execution and progress * Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including partners, suppliers, and group teams * Manage and maintain CEOs calendars and schedules, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences * Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and rental cars * Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail * Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations * Maintain files and records, including confidential information * Conduct research and compile data as needed for special projects * Coordinate events and special projects as assigned by the CEO * Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors * Provide administrative support to other members of the executive team as needed Skills & Qualification: * A minimum of 5 years of experience in the relevant filed or fresh graduate from top business schools      * Tech orientation and passion to learn about  digital banking technologies, systems, and processes. * Demonstrated ability to work with large and cross-functional teams. * Creative and excited about contributing to the digital transformation of the country.
